Our 5000 square meter private orchard, located along the banks of the Arno river, provides all year long for most of the produce that go into your plate. This guarantees organic, high quality ingredients and allows us to propose a seasonal menu. Nevertheless, some specialties are always available. Among them, Duck à l’orange stands out. Althoug made famous in France in the XVIth it was actually nvented by Caterina de’ Medici’s chief cook during her reign.
